Newedge Group is a société anonyme governed by French law. Newedge Group is the owner (direct or indirect) of all Newedge entities organized in various jurisdictions around the world.

Newedge Group is not a new legal entity but is the result of the absorption of Calyon Financial SNC and Fimat SNC into Fimat International Banque SA. Newedge Group is lead regulated in France as a bank by the ACP (Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel) and the Autorité des Marchés Financiers for the conduct of investment services.
