PublishExec allows tracking of each page in your online help document. See when files were modified and by whom.

Dynamic Keywords

If you want to reuse the same text across multiple pages you can assign them to keywords. Place the keyword whereever you want the text visible and once the keyword is changed, it is visible across all of its instances.

Auto Indexing

PublishExec will index your text for you! No need to add keywords, PE allows you to select which tags you want indexed and do so each time pages are modified.
