Is there any way to remove the "Your Top 15 Open Trouble Tickets" section on my client's home page?

I am assuming no, and that it is hard coded into ClientExec.

Not at the moment and it isn't in the templates. I might have a section in the settings to turn this off in one of the upcoming releases.

BTW, this was added to the last update via the language files. Probably found in modules/home/language/[your language]
