An online documentation engine is great for folks that have uninterrupted access to the internet. PublishExec has the potential to be just as valuable to people offline as well. If exporting to PDF was possible the entire document project could be saved as a PDF and viewed anywhere/any time.
This feature is very important to a project I am working on and would be a great feature/asset to PublishExec. Is this feature in the future of this program?

Something to ponder. I think if we can guarantee formatting then yes. would have to take a look how media objects would be treated.

Please let me know once this has been decided. At present my project is at the point of selecting the documentation vehicle we'll use in the near future. We will soon be making the decision to either use a COTS (commercial off the shelf) application like PublishExec or to extend the capabilities of our own cms tool to accomplish the desired results.
Personally I would prefer to use a product that has been developed with the sole purpose of document management. I have faith that the PublishExec developers will be aggressively developing this your applicationto meet the needs of its users. I only hope it will be in time to fit into our selection process.
Thank you again for your quick reply.
