One thing I think would benefit this program is the ability to adapt it's purposes. Being an online manual software program it could very easily be adapted to have category type layouts as well instead of just a tree view. This would benefit hosting providers giving a viable solution to providing articles on various topics :)
In any case looking forward to what the future brings for publishexec, to me it sounds like it holds quite a bit of potential with the right front/backend. I especially like the tagging system in it as that'd prove quite useful for centralizing link updates :)
