Interested in Modifying My Custom Template

I am looking for someone that would like to take my current Custom CE template and modifying it to work with the stable CE 1.2 version when it finally comes out.

My custom Template was built when 1.098 was out. I am currently using it for 1.1.1 but the template doesn't take advantage of all the new features in 1.1.1, like reports for instance.

And with the lastest version CE 1.2dv2 my custom template will not work at all.
