Anyone out there customized thier CE to thier site. Header, color, etc? I know VoxThemes was doing something but I have heard from them in a very long time. So, if anyone want to make a little $$$ or want to be nice and help...I would appreciate it. I hope I can post this msg here...if not sorry Alberto...my apologies

I don't think there's a problem asking for someone to customize your look of CE. I know most of us talk about doing it, but the upgrades have made some changes in the past. I keep planning on just changing out some of the graphics to make a partial customization.

I could be wrong on the idea that an upgrade to the next version of CE may break your customization, but I don't know.

What kind of work are you talking about?

just something to go with the theme of my website. I am redoing the layout and would like to see that go with the CE if possible. I am not familiar with CE so I dont want to go in and mess anything up. It was not customized before I did the upgrades

Well, it took me an entire day to customize the front end of my client exec, you can see it here: www.vevi.net/hosting.html (click on any "Order Now" button).

All I have to say is... CE is a pain in the neck when it comes to fully customize it! The signup.php should be "template"-ized much more!

Any feedback is welcome :) (i know it's not the place to ask for it but.. hey)

Dude....maybe I dont know you. I thought you were someone else. Guess I was wrong? Defrauding? Well, seeing as how I never have before not exactly sure how I can again. Why dont you send me an email explaining who you are and how I defrauded you. Explain your case.

Sorry about posting in here. I dont believe I have made any derogatory statements however. Only presented the truth. Only reason I posted in here was because it was the only way I could even get him to respond.

Gene: I'm sure you know who I am, and yes you did defraud me. I paid you for a script that never worked - the directory listing script which I never could install and had to get someone else to build for me. I emailed you many many times to get a refund and you never refunded me. You seemed to answer all your emails very quickly before I sent over the payment to you assuring me that everythiing would be setup right away. Soon as you got your money you disappeared. I have sent you numerous emails and received no replies.

If he's not responding, call your bank and order a chargeback for that payment. Tell 'em that someone else used your credit card, the "defrauder" will get an extra bonus for NOT answering your e-mails ;)

Yep, use them chargebacks while you can

Ilir: I could have done that if I used a cc to pay him. I paid him via paypal and it transferred from my bank account. Paypal has so far told me they cannot help me but I'm still talking to them and its in the process of being reviewed.
