need a little help

Ok I have just setup and tweaked CE to my liking now it is down to the skinning, I have a problem I have a template setup in Dreamweaver and I want the signup.php to be streamlined into my current site template, any ideas how I can do that?

Try fiddling with templates/raleigh/signup_header.tpl and signup_footer.tpl.

There seems to be lots of room for creativity.
