I've made a few minor changes to the template to put my logo in, which also required a change to a background color.
With each of the past 4 or so updates, I've just re-edited the template files with my changes, as it was quicker to do that as to verify that the template files downloaded as a part of the new version were unchanged.
My question: cn we assume that the .tpl files are unchanged from version to version unless the change log indicates otherwise?
