Unfourtunately, we never started using the 'Auto Suspend' plugin, as we felt it was lacking in several areas.
There was no "Pending Suspension" E-Mail sent to clients to give them 1 last chance to pay?
There was no "You've been suspended" E-Mail sent to clients when their time was up.
There was no way to exempt certain clients from the Suspender.
The Suspender, suspended all packages owned by the client, even if only 1 invoice was overdue.
