A MUST option is to be able to add/display extra fields to the pdf invlice including their name like VAT: ........ insteed of showing just the number

Also, character encoding at pdf invoices. This is a long issue that has not been solved. iso-8859-7 for example is not working properly under the generated pdf invoice

Also, the ability to exclude VAT from a particular invoice while that client is setup to be VAT enabled.
